5th Ave Presbyterian Church New York, NY – Restoration & Reconstruction Built in the 1870’s, the deteriorated brownstone exterior of the 5th Ave Presbyterian Church was restored. An original 50 feet tall cast iron spire that was missing was reconstructed and reinstalled on the north tower. The project received a national award from the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation in 1992.
